We offer a base salary plus a very aggressive commission schedule. Responsibilities: * Present, review and advise insurance policies and options to new clients * Achieve sales goals through leads, networking and referrals * Expand business reach through networking techniques Qualifications: * 2 years P&C sales experience, customer service or other related fields * Maintain a positive, ethical and self-motivated attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * 1 or more years of remote experience preferred ​​​​​ Skills: * Proven working experience as an insurance producer or relevant experience * Basic computer knowledge * Proven ability to meet goals Job Type : Full-time Salary: * Base $30,000 - $40,000 per year based on experience and qualifications * Commission 3% - 9% on all new premium with no cap (an additional $7,000 - $32,000/year and up) * Total compensation $37,000 - $100,000 and up Benefits: * Health/Dental/Vision insurance * ADD + Life insurance * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Work from home Supplemental pay types: * Commission Experience/License/Certifications: * Insurance sales: 2 years (Required) * P&C license (Required) Work Location: Remote Company Description We are a new independent P&C brokerage offering 13 carriers.
