Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Tove will include:

• Design and execution of various print and digital projects based on brand identity
• Packaging
• Point of purchase displays
• Print and web advertising
• Sales collateral and other projects as needed.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We seek employees who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Strong design acumen with a good eye for balance and color.
• Knowledge of type and typography
• Creativity in problem-solving
• Proficiency in Adobe CC is required, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• The ability to quickly rough out or sketch basic ideas through brainstorming and then implement that idea digitally or in high fidelity form.
• Ability to learn quickly with the capability to multitask and shift gears at a moment's notice.
• Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills. You will be working with a diverse team of individuals: brand managers, digital marketers, developers, and copywriters.
