The Company: Our client's mission is to provide compassionate medical, dental and specialty services for people of all ages and backgrounds. They have multiple locations in both, Lake and Orange County.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified OB/GYN to join their team in Pine Hills,FL. The OBGYN functions as an essential member of multi-disciplinary care team, providing leadership and direction in a team based, client centered approach to treatment and participates in the development of and approval of all care plans. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $300,000 Base Salary Plus Bonus For Deliveries

BONUS POTENTIAL: is around 25% of Base Salary

• $300.00 per delivery in excess of 12 deliveries per month
• 65% of collections for all inpatient gynecological procedures
• $1,000.00 per call shift if on call or post call
• 2 weekend calls per month, but it could be more depending on coverage and length of month.
• $2,000.00 per call shift, if call shifts are greater than 7 call shifts in a month.
• We do more OB than Gyn, the amount of Gyn surgery varies. We do not do elective terminations. We have no restrictions on tubal ligations.

Requirements:

• Current BC/BE in OBGYN
• Valid Florida Medical License as MD or DO
• Valid DEA Certificate

Responsibilities:

• Monday 8am-6pm
• Tuesday 8am-7pm
• Wednesday 8am-5pm
• Thursday 8am-5pm
• Friday 8am-1pm
• Both Clinic And Hospital
• Manageable Case Load
• Call 1:4
