Reiter, Hill & Johnson is seeking a full-time Obstetrical Care Coordinator (OBCC) to join our D.C. office! As part of the Advantia model and commitment to innovation, the OBCC is responsible for deploying the maternity episode of care clinical model across our Mid-Atlantic region. Reiter, Hill & Johnson has 3 office locations in Chevy Chase, MD, Falls Church, VA, and Washington, D.C.
The OBCC is expected to manage the implementation and daily outputs of the OBCC clinical workflows across the region. The candidate will work towards the achievement of the company's value-based care goals, objectives, and key results through clinical management of Advantia's value-based care OBCC solutions and by working in close partnership with the practice leadership teams, payer partners, and value-based care vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a panel of high-risk pregnant women daily: onboard new patients to the high-risk program, assess for clinical gaps in care, and facilitate care gap closure.
Communicate effectively with patients and be available to receive calls during business hours and return calls in a timely manner.
Critically think and act in an unstructured work environment demonstrating resourcefulness and utilization of available resources.
Communicate with clinical providers to facilitate care gap closure including offices of consultants (e.g., maternal fetal medicine providers).
Collect feedback on patient satisfaction.
Develop relationships with clinical teams at multiple locations.
Support data capture and workflow documentation.
Document meaningful clinical information in the permanent medical record.
Support patient engagement and use of the Pacify application.
Demonstrate proficient use of multiple technological tools (e.g., EMRs plus other software platforms).
Travel to practices across the region including being onsite at Arlington, VA Headquarters as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in healthcare or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in labor and delivery.
Additional experience in the outpatient obstetrical office is preferred.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Proficient with office equipment and phone systems.
Working knowledge of healthcare technology, including healthcare claims and electronic health record (EHR) data, CPT and ICD codes a plus.
Ability to commute between our practices in the DMV area.

Compensation Range: $50,000.00-62,000.00/yr
