Job Summary

We are seeking an OB/Gyn Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team! As a Sonographer on team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ob/gyn ultrasound examinations including dating ultrasounds, anatomy surveys, growth scans, and complete pelvic (non-OB) sonograms. You will also consult with colleagues as needed, and deliver appropriate results to the patient in a kind, informative way. The ideal candidate has the necessary licensing, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet new patients and determine their specific needs

Answer questions and explain the procedure in a kind, compassionate, and thorough way

Conduct or assist with routine examinations

Share appropriate findings with the patient

Maintain excellent patient records

Qualifications

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography with Obstetrics/Gynecologic (OB/GYN)

Maternal fetal medicine experience preferred

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

The ability to work well by yourself and within a team environment
