Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate children's occupational performance
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation through written and oral reports that adhere to organizational, AOTA, and Maryland and/or DC guidelines.
Communicate effectively with families and staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
Certified in crisis management (or eligibility)
Current (or temporary) Maryland State license as an OT (or eligibility)
Passion for working with children with diverse abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
