    Occupational Therapist Opportunity-Step One Early Intervention Program

    **$8,000 Sign on Bonus – Master level **

    **Also, additional $1,000 Sign on Bonus for bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Portuguese! **

    Step One Early Intervention provides educational and therapeutic services to children from birth to three years with special needs and provides support and education to their families. Child development research has established that learning is most rapid from birth to age 5. The dedicated staff at our Step One Early Intervention program works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children. Our program supports the relationship between young children and their families. We offer developmental services to children and support, education, and counseling services to families. Our program serves a diverse population and we have staff that speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese.     Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides:

    • Developmental assessments
    • Home-based services to young children and their families

    Required Skills

    • Minimum degree required to maintain current Massachusetts licensure in Occupational Therapy
    • Must be willing to travel to various sites and towns of Milton, Quincy and Randolph
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Prior experience working with infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families is preferred

    Required Experience

    • Previous experience working with children and families
