Occupational Therapist Assistant - COTA
We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our compassionate and dedicated therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Monticello, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced OTAs to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Complete documentation of patient progress, treatment, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Assist in the general operations of the therapy department to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
- Support the development of programs aimed at improving patient outcomes and therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- New graduates are welcome to apply!

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred, but not required.
