    Job Summary: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant at Sensory Street, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Occupational Therapists and Assistants to provide fun, engaging therapy for children. You’ll work in a sensory-rich environment, helping children reach developmental milestones and learn life skills. This role is perfect for an entry-level COTA looking to make an impact while developing a deep understanding of pediatric therapy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Follow and implement individualized therapy plans created by our Occupational Therapists

    Assist children with adaptive devices, sensory activities, and exercises

    Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment

    Help maintain and organize therapy equipment and materials

    Attend patient care meetings, offer insights, and ensure accurate documentation of progress

    Communicate with therapists, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

    Qualifications:

    Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

    Passion for working with children and making a difference

    Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Prior experience in pediatric OT (preferred but not required)
