    General Responsibilities:

    • Providing occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in an effective and efficient manner in an outpatient setting
    • Educating clients and family in the treatment, program, and community resources
    • Coordinating work within the agency, facility, and other departments, including with physical therapy assistants and aides
    • Complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Communicating with appropriate personnel and with interdisciplinary team
    • Responding to inquiries or requests for information
    • Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports

    Qualifications:

    • Must have and maintain current CPR certification
    • Maintain credentialing and training requirements

    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information
    • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
