This is a full-time, on-site role for a Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing functional rehabilitation to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. The role also involves coordinating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home care plans.

Qualifications

• Skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Experience in Medicine and Home Care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree or equivalent
• State licensure as a Occupational Therapist with a CHT or the desire to obtain their CHT in Kansas
• Experience in providing soft-tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation
