    Career Growth Opportunities

Job Summary We are experiencing rapid growth in the Hot Springs community and are looking for fun, motivated individuals to join our teams. Our outpatient clinics specialize in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

We recently expanded to 5 locations, three offices in Hot Springs and two offices in Hot Springs Village (a gated retirement community about 20 miles north of Hot Springs). We want to expand our mission of helping 3000 Arkansans each year by 2025. Our focus is to help our community live their lives to the fullest by helping them overcome their physical challenges! We have a strong group of teammates who have bought into our 6 core values. Our goal is to provide compassionate physical & occupational therapy to our clients so they can live their lives without limits while avoiding unnecessary medications, injections, or surgeries.

If you are looking for a fun and friendly culture that delivers value with each patient encounter, surrounded by teammates who work efficiently and are personally connected to our community, by a company that values your time, has reasonable productivity targets, and is willing to invest in further developing your clinical skills, keep reading!

Interested in talking about YOUR future?

Our therapists are self-motivated, organized, and caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients. You need a OT license in good standing to practice in the state of Arkansas. We prefer 2-3 years of experience, however, we will consider those with less experience if they are the right candidate. We are willing to mentor a clinician aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. This would be a full-time position.

TIMELY preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.

Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.

Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.

Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.

Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.

Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.
