    KidTherapy is searching for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our group! We are a pediatric therapy clinic in south Austin, working with clients pediatric and adolescent clients with a variety of diagnoses. We are looking for both employees and independent contractors. You can work as few or as many hours as you would like in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment! Responsibilities: • Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' independence in daily activities, mobility, and functional skills • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries • Stay on top of current research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist • CPR certification and other relevant credentials as required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Compensation: $75,000 - $88,000 yearly
