Job Description
The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for the direct implementation and collaboration of the assigned patients and will work closely with the behavior analyst to ensure that each patient in the agency receives quality therapeutic care.
This role will be a Full-Time, Hybrid position supporting clients on-site at our Sugar Land, TX facility, along with system support for other locations in Oklahoma and Colorado.
- Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and appropriateness of patient.
- Document, prepare/revises, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis.
- Assess and facilitate the patient’s ROM, strength, coordination, need for and use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, functional mobility, and safety issues as related to the patient’s ADL performance needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
