About the Role

PhysioWorks is expanding! We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Kent, WA. This role offers a collaborative work environment, specialty training opportunities, and flexible scheduling.

• Full-time preferred (40 hours per week)

• Part-time candidates welcome (Minimum 20 hours & 2 weekdays)

Caseload & Specialty Areas

• Diverse patient mix, including:

  • General orthopedics

  • Work rehabilitation (Work Conditioning & Work Hardening)

• Manageable caseload of 10-12 patients per day

• One-hour patient sessions for quality care

• Hand therapy & splinting experience preferred (CHT a plus!)

Work Schedule

• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 4x8s available

• No weekends or major holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience and certifications)

Job Requirements

• Washington OT Licensure (or eligibility)

• Minimum 1 year of hand therapy experience

• Splinting experience required

• CHT is a plus but not required
