Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 annually + Productivity Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.

We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to help continue to build our OT department. This is an outpatient position that treats both orthopedics and neurological patients.

Position Summary:

• Provide Occupational Therapy evaluation and treatment to patients
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Work independently as an OT
• Collaborate with PT colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum approved by the licensing board.
• Current State licensure for the practice of occupational therapy.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
