Are you passionate about helping others? Priority Group Services, a leading home care provider in New Jersey, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll help improve patients' quality of life by offering essential support and companionship in a comfortable, familiar setting.

Your Role & Responsibilities: ✔ Assess patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and conditions to create individualized treatment plans. ✔ Implement hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patient function, strength, coordination, and cognitive abilities. ✔ Collaborate with patients, families, and medical teams to gather information and develop treatment plans. ✔ Design individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities. ✔ Educate patients and their families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and strategies to enhance daily functioning. ✔ Regularly track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. ✔ Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports for legal, insurance, and healthcare purposes.

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey ✔ Strong patient assessment or evaluation skill ✔ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans ✔ Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
