    Qualifications:

    • Active North Carolina OT License: Required.
    • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
    • Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care or rehab preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
    • Skills: Expertise in assessment and treatment plan development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • COVID-19 Vaccination: Required (including booster).
    • Recent Health Screening: Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
    • Reliable Transportation: Essential.
    • Clean Background Check: Required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
    • Provide direct patient care using therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices.
    • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
    • Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
    • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
