Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensure: Valid Indiana OTA license/COTA certification required.
• Experience: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapy techniques, documentation software, and EHR systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust OT treatment plans under therapist supervision.
• Lead individual/group therapy sessions and evaluate patient progress.
• Train patients, families, and staff on treatment protocols.
• Oversee non-professional staff and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
