Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Occupationalor Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available. This role could easily transition to a full-time position! As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Functions / Duties of Position:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Comfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splints
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum
• A current state of Oregon license, CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Knowledge of post-op protocols
• Proficient in splinting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using relevant technology and software for documentation
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.

• Compensation Range: $40 - $50 hours Based on Experience
