Ocean Magic Surf in Jupiter, FL is looking for two full-time customer service to join our team. We are located at 103 South Us Hwy 1 Suite C6. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We are expanding and growing and there is room to grow within the company for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Must be able to work an open schedule with 7 day/week work schedule and up to 40 hr/week

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
