Open Clerk/Assistant Positions
We are looking for Clerks/Assistants in the following areas,
CSI ASSISTANT - Reports to the Center Standards and Incentives Manager and is an hourly, non-exempt position. Assists the Center Standards Officer in administering the center behavior management system. Collects, generates, and maintains center data related to scheduling and attendance. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living.
Education and Experience Requirements:
OA/CTS CLERK - Reports to the OA/CTS Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position. Performs complex administrative tasks using a personal computer. Coordinates office services and administrative activities for Job Corps center; interprets operating policies and Core Values; exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living.
Education and Experience Requirements:
PROPERTY CLERK - Reports to the Property Supervisor and is an hourly, non-exempt position. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the property/inventory control functions. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living.
Education and Experience Requirements:
SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE CLERK - Reports to the Education and Training (E & T) Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position. Performs clerical tasks associated with the maintenance of records for students enrolled in the Job Corps Program. Schedules all students into classes and maintains records of the same. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living.
