Job Summary:
As an Off Road Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing
expert guidance on our off road vehicle lineup and accessories. You will work directly with
customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a seamless
purchasing experience. Your enthusiasm for off road adventures and your sales expertise
will help us grow our customer base and maintain long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their off
road needs and preferences.
● Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate the features and benefits of off
road vehicles and accessories.
● Assist customers in researching products and converting leads into sales through
effective communication and follow-up strategies.
● Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance
customer loyalty and repeat business.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotions or events
targeting the off road community.
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in off
road technology to offer the best solutions to customers.
● Attend off road shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products and promote
the company’s brand.
● Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty issues promptly and
professionally.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and

● Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
Qualifications:
● Previous sales experience in the automotive, outdoor, or off road industry preferred.
● Strong passion for off roading, outdoor activities, and adventure sports.

● Basic knowledge of off road vehicle mechanics and accessories is a plus.
