    Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in office administration, accounting, QuickBooks, HR, and general support functions? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA! This role requires 3-4 days per week in-office with some flexibility on scheduling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ✔️ Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. ✔️ Assist with accounting tasks, including QuickBooks, invoicing, and expense tracking. ✔️ Provide HR support, including onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance. ✔️ Handle vendor coordination, scheduling, and general administrative duties. ✔️ Offer customer and internal team support as needed.

    Ideal Candidate:

    ✅ Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. ✅ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. ✅ Experience with HR processes and office management. ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    💰 Competitive pay based on experience. This is an in-office role (3-4 days per week) in Beverly Hills—no remote work.
