Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrator to join our team! As an Administrator, you will be a main point of contact for our customers. You will provide customer service to clients via phone, emails, and on site. You will assist with client registration and the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Front desk customer service
Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
Accurately record client information and accept payments
Schedule classes and appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Facility oversight
Qualifications
Friendly and professional disposition
Bachelors preferred but associates accepted
Prior administrative experience is preferred
At least two or more years of customer service, receptionist experience is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong work ethic
Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
