Your work will directly impact the smooth running of our office and our relationships with clients and partners. Specific responsibilities include: • Customer Support: Provide excellent service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms. Ensure clients feel valued and supported. • Event Coordination & Marketing: Help raise our brand’s visibility by organizing community outreach events and assisting with marketing efforts both online and through print media. • Office Management: Maintain an organized office by overseeing supply ordering, scheduling appointments, and coordinating company trips and meetings. • Record-Keeping & Reporting: Ensure customer data and office records are accurately entered and easily accessible for the team.
