Seeking an Office Administrator for a growing, multi-practice coastal South Carolina law firm with well-established and widely recognized practices in real estate, elder law, estates and probate, and medical malpractice and personal injury.
The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operations and drive firm growth, managing HR, finance, IT, facilities, and marketing for the firm. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, policy enforcement, and benefits administration
- Manage financial operations, working closely with external CPAs, handling billing, payroll, and budgeting
- Oversee IT systems, evaluating and improving hardware, software, and cybersecurity
- Handle general administration duties such as insurance renewals, facilities management, and marketing coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- MBA, CPA, SHRM, or CLM designation preferred
- 7+ years of administrative experience, with 4+ years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and financial management
- Proficiency in HRIS, accounting software, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
