Dedication to excellent customer service, from initial contact to completion of project, and beyond

Able to work independently and make appropriate decisions based on business values and goals

Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.

Experience handling projects to completion

Ability to multi-task in a high stress environment

Qualifications

Strong telephone, in-person and written communication skills.

Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people

Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.

(1+) years' experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service Role preferred (Retired teachers welcome!)

Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
