Well established concrete contractor seeks Office Administrator for their growing business. This is a full time role with duties as follows:
1.Handling AIA billing
2.Accounts Receivables
3.Accounts Payable
4.Prepare lien waivers
5.Handling certified payroll
6.File certificates of insurance
Experience with Textura and Procore
Construction experience is a plus
Salary up to $100k including company contribution towards medical/dental insurance and 401k plan
