Office Administrator

Working as a Herzig Engineering Office Administrator, you must have outstanding people and organizational skills, and a desire to work in a small business environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Responsibilities
This job includes the following responsibilities:
- Welcomes and directs visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Handles inbound and outbound marketing emails
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
- Accurately inputs and manages data in Salesforce CRM
- Aides Scheduling Coordinator with needs relating to scheduling and client interaction
- Ensures digital and physical records are stored correctly and adequately
- Monitors and manages office equipment and supplies and facilitates ordering and inventory management
- Communicates with staff regarding vendors, shipments, mail, and other items.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and inviting reception area
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma. BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to operate a standard personal computer as well as knowledge of and experience with standard office computer software
Hybrid position: 1-2 days remote/week
