    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to calls and emails in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, database management and marketing our brand through community events, print and digital mediums. You will work along side of our Listing and Marketing Manager with creating listing documents, processing signed listing agreements, scheduling vendors, assist in preparing homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. You will assist in planning client appreciation events, listing marketing, creating social media and website marketing. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple tasks efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Experience with Microsoft and Adobe a must. Responsibilities: • Create and process signed listing documents • Coordinate with title companies and lenders • Schedule appointments with clients and vendors • Assist with social media, listing, brand, and blog marketing • Assist with planning and executing client appreciation events • Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner • Create and update tracking reports • Assist the Listing and Marketing Departments as needed Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • High school diploma or GED required • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Compensation: $15-$18 hour
