As the Front Office Administrator, you’ll have a variety of roles/ownership from: overseeing guests and client experience, answering phone calls from existing and prospective clients, and supporting the professional legal team.
This role is extremely vital to the law firm and is the first step in your career progression within the firm. This position offers ample growth opportunity!
Front Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and depositions, ensuring participants are informed and logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the firm's calendar for organized meetings and deadlines.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
- Uphold confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information and maintain privacy in communications.
- Assist with general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation for smooth office operations.
- Provide additional support to the legal team as needed to enhance overall efficiency.
Front Office Administrator Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative/front desk experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree and law firm experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage different personality types in high-stress situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Proficient multitasking and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with document management systems and multi-line phone systems (preferred).

Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 + annual bonus potential
