    • Administrative Support:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Maintain and update student files, records, and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
    • Assist in enrolling new children and maintaining current enrollment information.
    • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and staff activities as needed.
    • Financial Management:
    • Oversee petty cash and manage office supplies inventory.
    • Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between parents and the childcare facility for inquiries and concerns.
    • Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other communications to parents and staff.
    • Foster a positive environment through effective communication and collaboration with staff, families, and community partners.
    • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare and education.
    • Maintain a safe and organized office environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
    • Assist in preparing for licensing visits and inspections.
    • Event Coordination:
    • Team Support:
    • Provide administrative support to teachers and staff in preparing materials and resources.
    • Assist in training new administrative staff as needed.
