You’ll be in charge of scheduling customers, streamlining systems, and ensuring our administrative support is accurately following office policies. Here are a few things you’ll be doing on a daily basis: • Answering the company phone line for our business. In this business, it’s important that when customers call, someone answers. • Following up with customers who have requested an estimate and setting appointments for our estimators to meet with customers to provide estimates. • Managing our social media pages and posting weekly. • Managing the setting of appointments in our estimators’ calendars. • Managing some of our online marketing channels by responding to potential customers. • Updating our office systems and CRM daily Qualifications: Who We Are Looking For - About YouMinimum of 2 years in an administrative role. • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • You are organized and can multitask. • You are proficient in Quickbooks • You love being a support role, and you love to make others’ lives easier. • You enjoy talking with customers, and you get satisfaction out of providing customers with an amazing experience each and every time you interact with them. • You are a natural communicator, and you’re very comfortable talking on the phone. • People say you have great energy about you - you’re a positive, optimistic person. • You’re a go-getter. You don’t need to be told what to do. You are proactive and always looking for what else you can provide to the business and the team. Compensation: $45,000 yearly
