    Window World of Southern Maine is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, reliable and focused candidate to help facilitate the day-to-day operations of the office. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE.

    Window World is a window, siding and door installation company, servicing Southern Maine, with its main office in Westbrook, ME.

    The Office Admin functions will include assisting with the following: -Answering phones / customer relations -Advising walk-in customers -Scheduling leads for the sales rep(s) -Checking orders/ confirming orders -Managing inventory / product deliveries -Processing payments (credit cards) -General Reporting to the business owners -Keeping the overall appearance of the office clean / orderly -Any additional office functions tasked by the Office Manager or Business Owners

    The candidate must be able to work independently and must have strong phone communication & customer service skills. You must also be highly organized, as the position requires a lot of multi-tasking, and must be a great team player with the ability to work well with others. Detail oriented and a high level of accuracy are a must for this position!

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

    Education:

    High school or equivalent (Required)

    Experience:

    Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

    License/Certification:

    Driver's License (Required)
