    We are seeking a motivated, career-minded person to join our successful and busy chiropractic office! The position available is a Chiropractic Assistant for someone looking to truly make a difference and impact the lives of our community. Job description would include tasks such as but not limited to: phones, data entry, insurance verification, office tours, consultations, assisting with exams/evaluations, patient education, taking any necessary x-rays, accounts receivable, assisting with external marketing events. The ideal candidate will be: outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic approach to customer service, a cheerful demeanor, EXCEPTIONAL interpersonal and phone communication skills, team player and be bilingual Spanish speaking is a BONUS!! Responsibilities: • Outrageous customer service skills • Interaction with patients • Scheduling patients and collecting payments • High level of organizational skills • Internal and external marketing skills • Ability to work in a self-directed environment • Verifying and billing insurance, data entry, accounts receivable management • Ability to problem solve and multi-task Qualifications: • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
