As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and helping us deliver top-notch service to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Greet clients and visitors
    • Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointment books
    • Manage and organize files, both physical and digital
    • Assist with data entry and bookkeeping
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of administrative experience
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with low voltage industry terminology and concepts (a plus)
