Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Home Health and Hospice team. In this role, you will assist with creating and organizing marketing materials, keep the office running smoothly, and serve as a welcoming point of contact for callers and visitors. Responsibilities
Assist in the development, editing, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, social media content, etc.)
Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients, families, and referral sources with questions
Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—for patient records, administrative forms, and marketing materials
Prepare, copy, fax, and mail documents as needed
Keep office supplies stocked and organized
Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate team members
Provide support for special events, community outreach, and internal communications
Ensure the office is clean, professional, and well-organized
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in an office environment; healthcare experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe or Canva
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
A compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and families
