    Bear Flag Fish Company is seeking a part time office assistant to work out of our corporate office located in Newport Beach. We are seeking someone to provide day to day assistance to the corporate management team and owners in regards to daily operations. This position would entail part time hours with ideal hours ranging from 10-2 and working in the office 3-5 days per week however there is flexibility in the days and hours worked.

    Duties & Responsibilities not limited to:

    Assist the Accounts Payable Manager, HR Manager and Payroll Manager in various duties

    Receive and screen communications, including telephone calls and emails, and aid with relaying messages to corporate office team and owners

    Coordinate office needs and keep office organized

    Manages calendar for team meetings

    Errands to restaurant locations

    Prepare, charge and ship website merchandise orders

    Deliver outgoing mail to post office

    Filing and scanning of documents

    Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year Office Assistance experience preferred Must be able to multitask Organizational skills Clean driving record is a must Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not necessary
