Responsibilities: • Answering and directing phone calls • Scheduling appointments and meetings • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems • Data entry and database management • Providing support to real estate agents and clients • Performing various administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • 2-3 years of administrative or office experience • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
