  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Oversee attendance tracking and reporting
    • Manage office operations, including facility services and lease agreements
    • Maintain and manage corporate assets
    • Provide support for business travel arrangements
    • Planning and organizing corporate events
    • Maintain and manage corporate filings and registrations by States
    • Maintain company agreements
    • Assist with accounts receivable management
    • Oversee accounts receivable insurance and credit limit management
    • Manage corporate business insurance policies.
    • Support the management of general and administrative (G&A) expenses.
    • Support other administrative tasks to ensure effective office operations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
    • Organized and ability to multi-task
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S
