You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Qualifications: • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
