Servpro of Santa Ynez/Goleta is looking for an office assistant to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• General administrative assistance • Assist with employee onboarding • Event planning • License and subscription tracking and renewals • Website updates • Miscellaneous errands and out of office projects • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Senior Property Supervisor
Qualifications-Preferred but we will train the right candidate:
• Experience with Microsoft Office, outlook, word, publisher, excel • Ability to learn new software quickly • High attention to detail • Able to work with minimal supervision • A positive and outgoing nature • Solid organization and time management skills • Critical thinking abilities who can learn and understand procedures and policies and be able to apply this knowledge to various scenarios • Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch duties quickly • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines • Good oral and written communication • Regular and prompt attendance • Ability to work cooperatively with others • Ability to work 8:00am – 5:00pm • Ability to work overtime when needed • Ability to assist two Supervisors simultaneously
