    About Us: Changing Lanes, LLC is an innovative and driving school dedicated to delivering exceptional services/products to our clients. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Secretary to conduct hands-on experience in office administration, office management, and day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in greeting and directing visitors, clients, and employees.

    Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and help ensure follow-up.

    Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.

    Help schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

    Assist with the preparation, proofreading, and distribution of communications (emails, letters, reports, etc.).

    Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.

    Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.

    Support in the organization of office events, meetings, and conferences.

    Provide general administrative assistance across various departments.

    Help with other office-related tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (preferably in business, administration, or a related field).

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Professional and friendly demeanor.

    Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
