We're hiring an organized administrative office assistant to be responsible for a variety of tasks to help our daily operations, customers, and team! Responsibilities include answering emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, planning travel arrangements, appointments for employees, managing google spreadsheets, employee questions, etc! Looking for someone who loves completing tasks (50-100 tasks / day)! Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • High school diploma or GED required • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Must be able to pass background check • Excellent skills in multitasking and handling several tasks at once • Experience working for a CEO Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000+
