About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team and help keep things running smoothly. This role offers a little bit of everything—from handling day-to-day office tasks to being a welcoming presence for visitors and team members alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Clerical Tasks:
Filing, copying and scanning documents
Keeping files and records up to date
Preparing correspondence, reports, and forms
Verifying and processing documents
Performing data entry with accuracy
Administrative Duties:
Managing office supplies and reordering as needed
Answering phones and taking clear, detailed messages as needed
Greeting visitors and directing them as needed
Operating standard office equipment
Additional Responsibilities:
Making sure the office stays clean, organized, and well-functioning
Pitching in with other team members or departments as needed
Helping with miscellaneous projects or tasks that come up
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Friendly, helpful, and professional communication style
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
A team player who’s always willing to help out
