About the Role:

We are looking for an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cindi A Johnson Agency Inc. - American Family Insurance in Longmont, CO. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with office administrative tasks

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Process insurance policy changes and updates

Assist customers with policy renewals and payments

Cross Selling to existing customers

Provide support to insurance agents with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred

Must have a property and casualty insurance license
