    Full Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be great at dealing with new and existing customers, crews, managers, etc. They will be self-efficient, and able to work at all levels be it busy and fast paced, or able to find ways to be productive during slower periods.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Answering and directing phone calls

    Scheduling inspections

    Scheduling subcontractor crews for projects

    Maintaining customer files, paperwork, etc.

    Maintaining subcontractor files, paperwork, etc. Distributing checks to crews.

    Ability to speak to insurance adjusters, and work through the insurance process.

    Complete social media posts and marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram, etc.

    Maintain a clean and presentable office area.

    Assist in coordinating jobs

    Pulling permits for jobs, and licensing in new municipalities as need.

    Create invoices in Quickbooks/ Xactimate

    Paying invoices

    Sending out mailers to potential customers

    Assisting in any other administrative tasks that may arise.

    Minimum Qualifications

    2 years' work experience in a comparable setting.

    Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills

    The ability to multitask in an environment with quickly changing priorities.

    Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with QuickBooks billing CRM systems

    Excellent customer service skills with the ability resolve issues with practical solutions

    Prior experience in the construction or insurance industry is helpful.
