    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our exciting growing company. If you are detailed, organized, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Support:

    Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in databases, spreadsheets and industry specific applications.

    Organize and file documents (digital and physical).

    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

    Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office events.

    1. Social Media Management:

    Create and schedule engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

    Monitor and respond to comments and messages to boost engagement.

    Track analytics and prepare performance reports for social media campaigns.

    Stay updated on current trends to enhance the company’s online presence

    Design promotional materials, such as social media posts, flyers, and brochures.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all designs.

    Edit and update graphics based on project needs and feedback.

    Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in data entry, social media management, and graphic design.

    Proficiency Google Workspace.

    Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).

    Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Exceptional attention to detail and time management.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior experience in a similar role.

    Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

    Photography or video editing skills.

    BILINGUAL Spanish and English is a Plus but not required.
