    We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant

    The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and executing daily office tasks with minimal supervision. They should be highly self-driven, reliable, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.

    Responsibilities:

    Support daily office operations to enhance efficiency and adherence to company policies.

    Assist in managing administrative tasks and distributing workload to ensure optimal performance.

    Handle scheduling, travel plans, and appointment arrangements for management.

    Attend to phone calls and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).

    Aid in budgeting and maintaining financial records.

    Update and maintain office records and databases with personnel, financial, and operational data.

    Engage with clients and customers in person, via email, and over the phone to provide outstanding service.

    Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.

    Prepare timely reports and support in the creation of presentations and proposals as needed.

    Offer support to colleagues and assist in various office needs.

    Welcome and provide general assistance to visitors.

    Assist in online promotion and management of company listings and updates as required.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.

    Proven track record as an office assistant, administrator, or similar role.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Knowledge of office management systems and basic accounting principles.

    A background in secretarial studies or similar is a plus.

    Education:

    High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.

    Experience:

    Experience with Microsoft Office: 3 years+ (Preferred).

    Prior administrative or office assistant experience: 3 year+ (Preferred).

    Experience in QuickBooks: 2 year+ (Preferred).

    bookkeeping skill is advantageous
